What happens after my 14-day trial?
Our 14-day trial is 100% free and your account will automatically close at the end of the trial period. You will not be billed and you don’t need to do anything to close your account.
What qualifies as a register?
Any device that is used to access Cashier Live counts as a register — for example, a mobile device that rings up sales or a manager’s computer used to access reports.
Are there any hidden fees?
We have absolutely no hidden fees. Every fee you’ll pay is completely transparent, and we'll work with you to select the plan that is right for your business.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract to sign up for our service and you can cancel at any time!
Can I use my existing card processor?
We do not offer any integration with outside card processors. However, if you currently have a credit card processing account, Cashier Live can match or beat your rate.
How do I cancel?
To cancel your service, simply contact your account manager or email support@cashierlive.com. There is no penalty for cancellation.
Do I pay up front or monthly?
Cashier Live is a month-to-month service that requires no up front payments for the software. However, you may opt to receive a discount by paying up front for a year or more.
How do I pay the 2.7% processing fee?
The fee for your credit cards is debited automatically once a month from the same bank account that we deposit your funds into.
How secure is my data with Cashier Live?
Cashier Live is one of the most secure POS systems in the world. We maintain a PCI Service 1 accreditation and are routinely audited by information security agencies to ensure data security compliance.
