This Privacy Policy describes how CCPOS, LLC, doing business as CashierLive (“CashierLive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the website located at http://www.cashierlive.com (the “Site”) and the CashierLive online store management system and related services (collectively, the “Services”), as defined in our Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Site and users of the Services. It does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control, or to individuals we do not employ or manage.

Payment card information processed through the Services is handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS); CashierLive does not store full payment card numbers except as permitted under applicable PCI DSS requirements, and card transactions are ultimately processed by your designated credit/debit card transaction processor.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring/exit pages.
